Responsible

• Design products and components using CAD / 3D modeling tools.
• Prepare engineering drawings (2D) and technical documents (BOM, specifications).
• Perform engineering analysis (e.g., structural, thermal, airflow).
• Conduct simulation using CAE / FEM / CFD and improve design based on test results.
• Plan and manage tests such as Life Test, Drop Test, and Performance Test.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with QC to ensure compliance with quality standards and TIS.
• Support Pilot Run activities and resolve on-site engineering issues.
• Coordinate with Production for mass production readiness.
• Improve design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Prepare and control ECN/ECR documents.
• Manage drawing revisions and technical data.
• Maintain project records and test reports for audit purposes.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in product design.
• Experience in Prototype, Engineering Sample, or Pilot Run activities.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or equivalent).
• Knowledge of CAE / FEM / CFD is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles and relevant standards.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to work cross-functionally.
